The project is technically and financially evaluated by the experts after approval by Principal
Phase -2
Suitable experts already associated are involved, the tentacles and teams are deployed on ground for physical survey making best use of Network placed at disposal of RCS
Data Collection through interviews, face to face interaction as per prescribed format
Experts steer and guide the teams as per study requirements on daily basis
Phase -3
Collation and interpretation of data is then made and grey areas plugged
Transformation of data into study is ensured on scientific lines
Presentation of Draft Report followed by Final Study
